ABOUT US

Our History

The story of CWOLF begins with Carlos J. Wolf's entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to his customers. He was living in Mexico as a sales representative for a company selling products in the cast metals industry. Amidst corporate and political turmoil in Mexico, Carlos was forced to resign from his sales position and move his family to Houston, Texas. Despite this setback, Carlos' commitment to service his clientele persisted.

As former clients continued to seek him out for business, Carlos realized the opportunity to forge his own path. Honoring the memory of his father, Charles W. Wolf, who tragically passed away when Carlos was just three years old, he established CWOLF Industries, LLC in December of 2002. The name not only pays homage to his father but also reflects Carlos' own identity—both names beginning with the letter "C."

Initially operating the business on the side while supporting his family with another full-time job, Carlos soon found himself at a turning point in 2007. The growing demand for his services required his full attention and the hiring of additional employees. Carlos' ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish proved instrumental as he cultivated strong relationships within Houston's diverse community, particularly among Spanish-speaking customers.

Under Carlos' leadership, CWOLF evolved from a being garage-sized distributor to a key player in the Precast/Prestress industry in Texas and states across the country. Carlos' hands-on approach and commitment to quality earned CWOLF a reputation for reliability and exceptional customer service. Today, CWOLF Industries, LLC continues to thrive, guided by Carlos' vision and the core principle of "Service up close.”
